NFTrees are non-fungible tokens created by Coorest, which generate $CCO2 tokens equivalent to the amount of CO2 its real-life homologues eliminate from the atmosphere.

Each 10 Tree NFTree (1 NFTree = 250 kg. of CO2 per year) absorbs 5 tons of CO2 over 20 years, that means Xave Forest will eliminate a total of 10,000 tones CO2 from the planet.

PROOF OF CARBON COMPENSATION:





A proof of carbon compensation certificate or PoCC is an NFT (ERC721) that is obtained by burning a $CCO2 token on the Coorest platform. It is sent directly to the holder’s wallet and contains details such as the date, the amount of CO2 compensated, the identity of the person or business compensating their carbon footprint and the reason for compensation.

The PoCC certificate guarantees the compensation of carbon emissions since the entry on the blockchain cannot be altered.

The owners of the NFTrees will start collecting $CCO2 tokens from the moment the tree is planted and will keep collecting them for 20 years.
